Have you ever asked a neighbour why they are watering their garden when rainfall is forecast?
I've seen my neighbours watering their garden contained by the rain! Nothing surprises me around here though. sometime the forecast it wrong
No, as sometimes the forecast is wrong, and when it does rain it sometimes is not satisfactory for the plants etc, especially if its been dry for a while. It is none of my business what my neighbors do unless it is unlawful. :o)
We often own rain forecast and then it does not precipitation.
When it does rain, it is not enough to hang on to the lawn and gardens watered.

I water my garden when within is rain in the forecast because commonly times the forecast is wrong. But I do water less. No because I'm that neighbor. I marine until it starts to rain then I quit. When I see how much it rain I determine when I will water again.
No but I water mine when precipitation is forecast simply because if the ground is dry watering before the rain arrives enable the rain to soak more readily into the ground..thus being more beneficial to the plants... No. But own had neighbors tell me is be supposed to rain while I was watering. Sometimes it of late isn't enough and plants need a apt saturation to be healthy.
No, because you risk being given a shower by them !! no weather is unpredictable weather report more so
Answers: Ha ha!! There are a lot of us out there!! I too am the neighbour that waters their garden even though it have started to rain a bit! I do get some funny looks, and one old-fashioned chap kindly crossed the road to point out that I didn't want to water my window boxes because it be raining...
The thing is, the boxes are under the fanlight lintel and even when there's a deluge of rain, they don't carry a drink.
Ever asked yourself why you need to bother about why your neighbours do these things? !! Let associates enjoy themselves in their gardens, unless they are really bothering you.
