If so, in what type of climate be you located? Any tips on success?
Answers: I live surrounded by zone 7 east coast. lots of clay. Still I ordered some bulbs years ago and they produced for 3 years well. I give some of the threads to the librarian who was from India and she said it be of decent trait. Not like at home, but better than shipped within or store bought.
I reordered and kept it up for several more years but have consent to it all progress now. Have you googled? I conjecture I could have done better if I have raised a bed to augment drainage. The librarian was from Kashmir where on earth the elevation was elevated and their was a objective amount of snow. Here is a good knit. there are heaps more.

Thanks for reminding me. I would like to do this again.
All crocuses do better if the bulbs are buried surrounded by a wire coop to protect them from chipmunks etc. It takes alot of flowers to trade name a little saffron.
