Growing Seeds? what kind of fruit/veg has its own seed that I can plant...

what kind of fruit/veg has its own seed that I can plant and grow from...watermelon? oranges? green peppers? and if so do i just dry them first? I know a pineapple i in recent times plant the top of it and it will grow..same for a carrot.
