It is winter in Michigan so I undoubtedly can't grow plants outside. I was hoping to grow some inside beside a an old fish cistern light that I enjoy, but I don't know if that will work. The lamp is a fluorescent bulb that puts out variety of a purple-ish hue. The bulb is rated at 15 watts. I enjoy already started to try and sprout some seeds but they haven't sprouted all the same, and before I throw away too much time I would like to know If it will even work for this purpose.
Answers: A fifteen watt flouresent will not produce the lumens called for to grow most plants. Combined with a inbred sun through a window it might do but if it is your only street lamp source, you'll have with the sole purpose limited nouns at best. I would suggest a minimum of a four hundred watt metal halide (available at most nurseries). Look on the packaging for the bulbs you buy -- the more lumens, the better nouns you'll have. Also gross sure you pick out a full spectrum bulb.
lololol ya perfectly majority plants right xD
no magicalness to them at all
