iv got griselina hedgeing its give or take a few 4ft tall hold it about 3yrs extraordinarily slow to grow can any one tell me is in that anything that i can do to help it grow faster

2- use fertilizer
3- build sure it has adequate water
This horrible plant is genetically set up to grow slowly,so pamper it with nurture and copious water will simply help slightly
