Green beans enjoy great vines no blossoms. What can I do?

They should have def. produced flowers by now. I would endow with them a boost of fertilizer, and make sure there are no weed depleting the soil! Just wait it is too early for this to ensue they will come.
Answers: Give your plant some fertilizer with high phosphorus content (the second number on a ferilizer bag), or spread some bonemeal around your plant. Either of these will receive your Green Beans flower. Bonemeal is mostly phosphorus so I would try that first. You should have flowers on your plant in more or less a week or so.
