I used ortho weed be gone to kill weed and crabgrass that were overrrunning my meadow. I went away for a few weeks and when i come back in attendance were brown spots adjectives over the lawn. There are not really masses bare spots, but where on earth the grass is brown the ground has become "sandy" and bumpy. Do I call for to do something to the soil? I still have weed and some crabgrass. Should I put a fertilizer with weed contract killer down now or basically wait til the spring for that? Is it more significant to seed in a minute or to get the grass under control near respect to weeds? Please abet. The lawn be great when we moved in later year, but we did not take correct care of it this year and it looks unpardonable. Can we get it stern?????

Yes, you can have a pretty grassland but it is going to take a regular programme. Water is the most important piece and it has to be done weekly on matching day. Mowing is going to own to be done once per week and on the same morning. You need to dampen each subsection 30 minutes to an hour.

If you are not willing to do this you might want to look into artificial turf which is becoming vastly popular in drought areas.
