I have an herb garden and love them fresh but would love to safe some for the winter months.

Answers:    I collect a bunch of fresh herb ¨C put a rubber band around the bottom and hang them upside down surrounded by my kitchen until they are thoroughly dry.
Another way to dry them is to put them on a cookie sheet and place them in the oven at 120 degree until they are dry.
You can then put them in air-tight containers or jar for future use.
