Well, I have giant pumpkins and I get these seeds from someone who grows some really big ones, but it seem like the plants aren't doing so capably. They are getting yellow on the edges of the leaves and simply not growing. What could be cause this and what can I do to hopefully save my plants?
Answers: Pumpkins are big feeders, meaning they have need of a lot of fertilizer. It sounds close to your pumpkins can use some fertilizers. I always include some base fertilizers when grow pumpkins and apply some more when the vine are growing..Good luck and smiling gardening!
It could be that they need more fertilizer than what they are getting mine end year died because of that and to we were have a drought but what i would do would be get some fertilizer and sprikle it around them and plenty of dampen hope this helps you
