I know it's past bloom season in my nouns for these specific flowers, they bloomed beautifully when they did! In years past, they usually stuck around and give a pretty green ground cover and were strong and green most of the year. This year, the daffodill leaves have fall over and turned yellow. The tulips' leaves all dried up and have to be pulled from the dirt. I noticed a blackish powder like mold (i am assuming) at the basis of the tulip's leaves when i pulled them. Did this kill them all bad? will they come back ok next year? any planning on if i need to treat this and if it will affect my neighboring rose bush? (rose bush looks great right now and blooming excellently with the exception of one or two yellowing leaves) I am sure i have be watering properly, no different than in years past. The solitary thing i did this year was join a bag of topsoil to the top of the flower bed. weed pulling took a lot of the dirt stale the surface so i replaced with some ACE brand plain organic soil.
Answers:    Sounds everyday to me too. Mine always die off and come put a bet on thicker every year.
