I want to plant some fruit trees, but there are so various types of trees to choose from for the same fruit, I involve some suggestions and help.
Peach tree: Main entity I!m looking for in the fruit is: TASTE SWEET (as sweet as possible, no tart); FIRM FLESH; unsurprisingly it wouldn't hurt if this tree type is easy to grow, gorgeous, vigorously and self-pollinating.
Cherry tree: Main piece I!m looking for in the fruit is: TASTE SWEET (as sweet as possible); unsurprisingly it wouldn't hurt if this tree type is easy to grow, gorgeous, vigorously and self-pollinating.
Orange: As sweet as possible.
Any other fruit trees you guys recommened?
Could you offer me some suggestions?

adjectives orange, this is the mandrin ginger pretty cold hardy, and very sweet.
CHERRY
ranier cherrys. these are my personal favorate because of here sweet taste and the certainty that they dont stain clothes!

Cherry, most sweet cherries are not self pollinating. One exception is Stella. Or a three in one graft tree.
Peach for your area Belle of Georgia should do okay and you can't beat the flavor. Good size too and vastly sweet.
I also recomend Nectarines, self fruitfull I sure like them. I own Merricrest and it does well here and is supposed to be vastly adaptable.
I would also suggest you contact your county agent. The service is free from the Dept. of Agriculture. Also the CalState and UC school have lots of info.
Answers: I'm a Master Gardener surrounded by Central CA, and in my inference to get the best and sweetest sweet cherries-you'll own to have two (one to pollinate close to black Tartarian (harvest-June) and another like Brooks(harvest-mid June) which does very well in hot climates. As far as peaches which are self-fruitful, I similar to (and have), Fay Elberta (harvest-late July) & Rio Oso(harvest-late August) (but Fairtime (harv-Sept) and Earligrande (harv-May) are supposed to be excellent); I also have a 4-Way pluot which is a cross between a plum and apricot and looks more similar to a plum-got it bareroot at Home Depot in Fresno. As far as oranges, my book states Lane Late (a navel) is adapted to thaw out inland valleys and get in is Feb-June; another is Shamouti with huge fruit and excellent flavor. I also have a Warren and Seckel pear tree planted side by side. You in actual fact can plant trees in like peas in a pod hole to save space and guarantee pollenization.
California being the food picnic basket of the US has highly strict codes about planting fruit trees. However the association below is probably where they bring back most of their fruit trees.
