Someone told me the distance depends on the type of bush.
Another person said we call for to be careful because the root systems could interfere beside the foundation fo the house.
I don't know if either of those perspective are correct, but welcome any counsel here. I have planted flowers and hostas and a few small landscaping items - never bushes. Anything special we involve to be thinking about here?
Answers: find out the develop size expected of each... consequently leave room , too, for you to meander behind them to paint the house or doesn`t matter what. but not so much that someone could hide in attendance. so keep them farther from your front door and not underneath windows unless they are sharp holly. or other thorny shrubs. most of the foundation shrubs don't hold terrible roots that would mess beside the house's foundation... holly is pretty stubborn, but will go around cement block , not thru it..
