Flower Question... Does anyone know what this is? My neighbors have this plant growing and I would like to know...

My neighbors have this plant growing and I would like to know what it is. They are never home, and I've never talk to them, or I would ask. The flower looks like a morning glory, but it grows on tall stalks, some up to give or take a few 5 feet tall. It make a great border flower. There are about 10 flowers per stalk.
What about a Mexican petunia? Or a morning glory bush? If it's on a woody close to bush, It could be a hibiscus or rose of Sharon. Check this web page http://springhillnursery.com/search.asp?...
It sounds like it could be a hollyhock.

I have no clue - without a picture not a soul else will either.

iboughta.. you just give me the giggle of the day !!

Sounds nice...wish I could answer your grill. If the neighbors are never home, go dig some up :) sounds a bit approaching a canna.
Answers:    You should take a picture of it and post it. It might be anything, possibly a Hollyhock. Does it look similar to the ones at this link?
