Florida sugar rattan growing? i live in florida and i was wondering if it be hard...

i live in florida and i was wondering if it be hard to grow sugar cane or not? i know population grow it hear i just have no clue where on earth to start.

could any one point me in the right direction? i plan on starting from a store bought seed (if you can even buy the seed in the stores).
Are Mud brand gardening gloves any well brought-up?
Answers:    You can get them at a specialty shop, buy them at a plant shop that they trade is pure plants and plant stuff.
