my mum has be ill for a while presently and she loves gardening so my dad made a tool for the garden to help her, ( i dont want to pass out to much info as i think it will be great for so heaps gardeners, i dont want the idea pinched) anyway when mum started using it neighbours who are elderly or disabled saw it and get my dad to make them one, since making the initial one he have made about 30 more for kinfolk ( me ) and more freinds and neighbours. any way lol the interrogate is how can we get it made by the big boys and procure it into garden centres, be sure it will be such a seller. also how would i budge about stopping someone pinching my dad's opinion? any help would be great. amny appreciation in mortgage
Angel you want to patent the view - google the patent organization. That will stop the idea person pinched. then you have need of to get it manufactured, maybe find a local engineering company to partnership with. The carry to the garden centres and trade,sell ,get rid of. Good luck!
First do you plan to try and sell the Idea / plans or own someone produce then for resale?
