its tall and undernourished but it might fall forward, which is by my house. im panicky.

Answers:    Sure, it can prejudice your house and break windows. But if the interweave is blowing right now - not much you can do except keep out of its path yourself. The owner of the tree will be responsible for any damage that it might impose in falling.

If the tree survives today's coil, and it's still unstable, have it taken down if it's yours, or ask the owner of the tree to do so.
