Does anyone know why lupine leaves curl? too much sun? shade? or possibly undersupplied some sort of vitamin? i know not to give them dampen until the soil dries...

Answers: I have the same problem. It is a specific insect, and requests a specific insecticide. I forgot what it was. I do remember it be expensive so I didn't buy it. Just ask at your garden center or greenhouse. NOT HOME DEPOT OR LOWE'S.
try a deeper watering -don't let the soil dry out completely. mulch ably and take a adjectives to the local nursery for a diagnosis.
