I saw it on TV. It was similar to an indoor plant grower thing, it be white and i think it said aqua contained by it.

Could it have be an aerogarden? It is an indoor device to grow herbs and such. Not sure almost color but after a bit of research I found one here that you can take a look at to see if this is what you are asking nearly.
