It has a 3.5 hp Briggs & Stratton Motor, Throttle free design. (Model 09J902, Type 0292) The small springs that control the throttle are the parts I'm probing for. The mower ran beside puffs of black smoke coming out of it and barely stayed running until I put tautness on one of the small springs attached to the throttle and then it run smoothly, but It seems that the spring requirements replacement. Where can I buy the replacement spring(s)?
