Does anyone know what Blood collation is? Its surrounded by the natural plant nutrient I purchased.?

But I was told by some one to pass rose bushes blood from Hamburg etc... I tried to buy expensive blooming products, nothing worked. I mixed the blood from our every afternoon dinner meats, mixed it next to water and give it to my rose bush. It was soon loaded next to roses.
