me and my mom have a flower garden, and theres a strange vine growing in it surrounded by several different spots. We were waiting a while to see if it would get flowers, and it never did. Im sure its not a weed, but we're clueless.

Is it Humulus lupulus 'Variegata' it is in the household of, hops. Variegated Hops.
You say you have several within your garden maybe you have manly and female. You have childish plants not fully developed yet. I'm jealous I want one, for my butterfly garden.
