Answers: One typically starts seeds indoors 6 weeks earlier time to plant them outside. Which is when the ground is warm plenty to receive them and/or the last freeze & frost have occurred depending upon where on earth you live. Zone 11 pretty warm.
Usually by behind february or early pageant my dad sets up these pans and puts seed into these dirt starter cubes and waters them everyday. By mid march to slowly march we own them in the ground.
