Most of my friends have no interest in the exquisiteness of nature. they would rather be at the shopping center and or a club. Looking at trees, flowers, gardens or greenery is dull to them. If you asked them during the spring if the trees have turned green yet, they would not know. They just do not recompense much attention to this.

Do you think the average person pays any attention to the good looks of nature or do they have other concerns?
I know what you mean! I look at all this flora and fauna as one of God's gifts to us and it's up to us to delight in it! I find it helps keep me grounded, mediator and to have a better set of priorities!

It's an amazing process, the changing of the season. It amazes me how the animals interact with each other and how one little kernel becomes this huge plant. But then, I hope I never loose the sense of amazement such things bring! That newly might mean I grew up! And if I have to lose that hunch, I don't ever wanna grow up!
I guess it depends on what you are used to seeing when growing up. I be born and raised on a farm...I do appreciate spirit and the beauty there. I love the spring when everything is fresh and green and brand new. The flowers are great when they bloom through out the summer. The smell of new mown hay...can't beat that. The smell after a precipitation...if only they could bottle that for the laundry. Laundry that has be hung to dry has that special smell. Sunshine even has a enduring smell. The colours in the fall, who can describe them. And even winter have some special visuals, there is no end to nature gifts. When I was a kid, I thought it was boring helping my grandparents and my dad beside planting the garden. I had places to go and nation to see. Now that I'm an adult, I enjoy it immensely. It's completely relaxing and I find it personally rewarding. Even so, I am the only one of my group of friends that have anything to do with gardening. They love to eat my veggies and herb, but noone seems to have interest contained by doing it themselves.

Just today I got a small joy out of the certainty that my transplanted hollyhock from my dad's farm bloomed and I found out that it's fuschia in color! He newly bought the place so we had no idea what colors they be when I dug some up :)
some folks just don't really LOOK. my doofy husband didn't realize that trees bloomed. he'd driven to work each day watching the yellow line, I guess, cuz he passed tons lovely yards and had still never see them!. now, he's a gardener and it's a whole different item...your friends just have other interests. they may never be interested or they might 'get it' when they own their own homes... or not... ya never know..they might enjoy to hire landscapers!.

I don't think so. I really didn't start paying alot of attention to these kinda things until I got elder, and obtained my own place. I wanted it to look obedient, and it has become a family afternoon around our house working in the yard, and next sitting back and admiring how wonderful and gorgeous everything is. Betcha they'd notice in a right smart hurry if their WEREN'T any flowers, trees, or greenery.
In answer to your first interrogate, I only notice and appreciate flowers, trees and greenery if I'm awake, sleeping, alone, or next to somebody.
Have a lovely day.
Answers:    Everyone have a different focus in life. Your friend is markedly young and not that interested. But if the general public is interested, a short time ago think of how many ethnic group love to go to the parks in your nouns, and I think you will find most people hold at least a passing interest contained by relaxing and enjoying nature at smallest occasionally. I think most people resembling to be in nature, if one and only for short periods of time. Most people do not necessarily want to keep going a jungle at their own homes, too much work, too much trouble and so on. Myself? I can spend DAYS outside, planting, looking at plants, mowing, edging and so on. Personally, if I had it to do all over again, I would love doing a grassland service. I love to mow and weed and plant. My own yard is slowly but surely turning into a garden of sorts. I am tackling it one bit at a time. But not everyone had that kind of time or devotion. And in that are times I wonder what I was thinking. But then something sprouts a flower and I am past its sell-by date and running again! If we were all occupied with the same passion, it would be tiring. Thank goodness others are interested in tutoring, defending, being green, saving the planet, looking for the cure to cancer and so on! BTW GREAT QUESTION!
