Answers: You could do either one of those two things or you could throw it over your wall into your neighbors yard!
Here's another alternative that I'm saving up to bring back. Check out the link below. A company call Nature Mill has created a small part that will turn your household paper, food odds and ends (because you shouldn't put food scraps into your septic), and dog throw away into mulch. From looking through the website you don't really have to do much. Even if you don't hold a garden, you could spread the mulch in flower bed, sell it, or dispense it to a nursery or something. At least the dog doo would be doing something adjectives for once.
