Do you know the first name of my plant and its safekeeping? A store gave out this plant, but it had no baptize attached...

A store gave out this plant, but it had no baptize attached and all I know is it's a tropical plant. It doesn't like the sun, because when I have it in the window sill it begin to droop and as soon as I moved it out of the window it perked up again. I think this is the most wonderful plant, and I want to take good assistance of it but don't know how. You can check out the pic of my plant on
