Please don't tell me NOT to kill them. Our courtyard is infested with Daddy long-legs. We're talking 10 surrounded by a 2x2 square. I have a huge fear of spiders and I want to be capable of take my 1 year old within the yard without freaking out. Is near a natural remedy for lowering their numbers?
Answers: Kill their food source (smaller insects) and they will go elsewhere. Try Bayer Complete Insect Killer, a speck applied to the lawn every 3 months.

Give it a couple of days. The daddy long-legs will naturally verbs to more acceptable feeding grounds for themselves. Birds will get through them up if they don't move on quick adequate. You also might want to see what has brought the spiders to your lawn. They do munch through other insects (ants, earwigs, etc), so see what else is in the lawn.if you can do it short getting too freaked out!. You should be thankful the daddy long legs are there. You must hold a number of insects in your garden. They are feed of those insects which could be harmful to your vegetable plants. Once their food supply runs out, they will move on.
