I am having trouble beside my cucumber plants...they have be dying off while the rest of my garden appears to be ok...any tricks beside cucumber plants? I am in zone 5

Don't know what area you are from.. ZONE 5? Well i can utter that I was within southern Louisiana and I believe that is zone 7 or 8. Try replanting.. we are have a rather cool spring. If you enjoy had too much precipitation the roots may have rotted. It is still hasty though. And as for Sevin dust.. I find it very assiduous with the getting rid of most bugs. There are different grades of Sevin. within is 5% and 10%. I use only the 5 % as it is non-harmful to pets. Check the root systems of your cucumbers. However, I don't suggest Sevin dust will cure root worms. My suggestion is to try to replant the cucumbers when the weather is warmer and the soil is dryer. Also, I enjoy planted cucumbers on a trellis.. works very powerfully. Good luck. You can find Sevin dust at most feed stores or even Walmart or any garden center.
