Answers: They do best when they procure 4 or more hours of direct sunlight a day. The dark temp should be 65-70 deg F. Daytime: 75-85 is ideal. The leaves drop stale in a draft especially within winter. Keep soil barely moist at adjectives times--not wet. Fert near a 5-10-5 in March and May and not for the rest of the year. All-purpose potting soil is fine.
wipe sour leaves with soapy river may be dusty or have bugs. this will pinch care of both.
