Cornus, Dogwood. I hold a colossal scruffy 'tree'. If I saw it rotten low will it transport up twiggy branches from in attendance Thank you.

Thank you.
Answers:    Cornus Alba should be hard pruned respectively year (rather like Buddleia) as they are grown for their attractively coloured contemporary stems that add colour to the garden over winter. If it have got out of foot it will need 'remedial pruning' - contained by winter, cut back adjectives of the old stems as close to the older branch framework as possible using a saw if necessary and departure 1 - 2 inch stubs of growth from which the new shoots will emerge. In unpaid spring, completely remove any thin or wishy-washy shoots. If you feel it's gone too far they enjoy fairly shallow roots and are glib enough to verbs out and replace. Good luck :-)
I think so - you have need of to stop it growing by painting it next to creosote - after sawing off as you would expect
