I have 3 compost bins that I hold used for 2 years. I have never taken any compost out. If i go off these to rot down till September and put nothing else contained by them, should the stuff have rotted down.
I be thinking of using my 2 unused compost bins for the grass cuttings etc. and just departure the full bins to rot untouched till sept.
Answers: You get mixed results beside compost bins. For compost to rot down quickly, you necessitate the right mixture of stuff, bacteria, not too sour, water and fry. Very often surrounded by a small plastic compost bin, you don't get the right conditions.
