Answers: Get someone or you can do it yourself and power rinse out the bricks and wood. They will look like new again. It's a once a year maintenance thing.
If you own a pressure washer you can wash it. You may be able to rent one if you don't want to hire someone to do it for you. If you do it yourself a pump up sprayer beside 1 cup chlorine bleach and one cup vinegar to a gallon of water. Spray down the area and tolerate it set for a while at least 30 minute's. Then wash it bad be careful on the wood area use a wide-ranging fan spray and don't get to close it may curl the wood up for a time. The bleach and vinegar will kill all of the moss and mold or mildew that might be in that so it will not come back till next year. When you are finished it will look brand different. Don't get any sproy on the house plants move them away first. buy a deck brush with a long feel
rather than mixing acid and groundwork, which produce heat and then neutralize effect of respectively other (Chlorine and vinegar) as previoulsy suggested, use a cup of bleach per gallon of water with a squirt of dish detergent
scrub dynamically using deck brush soaked wioth this mixture until the crud is gone, if that doesn't work due to penetration deep into bits and pieces, powerwash can help, but will cost more and you have to look out not to etch the wood.. good luck
