what are some good tips to backing preserve a christmas tree longer? are there some special foods or "miracle gros" that i can put surrounded by with the marine?

I have other heard to put a tablet of asprin within the water---dont know if it works or not...just something Ive hear before

make sure the trunk have been freashly cut, and hold on to it hydrated, they can drink about a gallon of marine a day!!! This will prevent the needles to become brittle and fall down off. I do not know of any tricks similar to adding sugar to the hose for flowers.

Answers:    i allways put two asprin in the dampen basin piece of the stand but dont do it if you have cats asprin is a poison to cats
