I'm an exporter for cedar fence.
I am interested contained by why they use cedar fence and where on earth use the most cedar fence?
Thanks.
Answers: Cedar smells nice, and tend to keep it's color better than most woods.
Cedar also contains tannins, and other chemicals that brand name it hard for insects and mildew to ruin the obstruction.
Wood fencing is always popular surrounded by dry areas, where it can later for long times. Cedar is especially popular in these areas though, and is also popular surrounded by wetter areas, where it out-competes other wood, because it can resist termites.
Cedar is used for fencing and other outdoor uses such as planter boxes, deck and docks because it resists rot and has a thoroughly slow rate of decomposition. There are 100s of thousands of acres of ceder fence fencing within farm territory. However farmers tend to use cedar poles, or "split rail" fencing. I don't think that is to say the style of fencing you export.
