Can you use wood pellet for compost? it says its 100% eco-friendly wood, but it also says its not...

it says its 100% eco-friendly wood, but it also says its not for human or animal consumption. I don't why anyone would want to drink it, but what ever. I just don't know if at hand are other chemicals in it or the source of the wood.
Answers:    if it say recycleable, then it can be composted...... but that's pretty expensive stuff to be within compost!!.... are you not going to burn it?...in a pellet stove?.... if you hold some that you need to be rid of, how in the order of selling or giving it to someone with a stove to back them heat their home?..... much better perception than composting it..... the only object for the 'not for comsuption ' label is that it could be confused as rabbit pellet food or some manner of granola cereal.. size, shape and smell...it's fine to use....
it also contains poisons to keep termites out when put into the ground they will bleed out contaminating the soil an kill the plants
