Wallydraigle seems right. It looks close to locust to me.

It looks resembling it could be a young locust tree of some kind. Black locust and honey locust are most adjectives in my area, but in attendance may be others around you. If there are mature locust trees surrounded by your neighborhood that's almost certainly what it is. Trees set copious seeds and can even spout from the roots. Young trees even come up contained by patio containers sometimes. it could possibly be a ginko. . .it is a little too hasty to tell. . see if you have a femail ginko around, if you do nearby is a god chance of it.
