Answers:    I live in northern Indiana and we hold a winter hardy version. We go off it throughout the winter, then contained by spring, cut it back to the ground. We enjoy used several methods for cutting it back-handheld clippers, weed eater, chainsaw and burning. Of adjectives the methods, the chainsaw worked the best. Very quick and modernized. We have have ours for almost 10 years so it's quite big!!
