Can you grow plants within anything bar soil? I know obviously hydroponics, but I don't want to buy a hydroponic...

I know obviously hydroponics, but I don't want to buy a hydroponic apparatus with adjectives the nutrients you have to be constantly accumulation to the water.

Will any plants freshly grow sitting in regular sea? I know you can start trimmings in newly a glass of wet to get the roots going, but will anything hold on to growing like that.

Could you grow a plant within something completely random resembling shredded paper?

Answers:    There are some soil-less growing medium such as coconut fiber (coir) and vermiculite. Some plants will grow in plain hose down like: lucky wicker (Dracaena species) Peace lilies (Spathiphyllum), Flamingo Flower (Anthurium) and Devil's Ivy (Pothos). If your are interested in growing edibles indoors short soil you might consider an Aerogarden. It is a hydroponic system, but all you do is make a payment water, drop their nutient pellet contained by and drop in the seed. There is no measuring, or work involved and the plants grow extremely rapid. No green thumb required.

You could sprout a seed but u couldn't grow a full plant
