Can you grow a pineapple plant from the top of a fresh pineapple?
Yes, and it will produce if you transport good thoroughness of it. I cut the leaves off similar to you cut the top off a pumpkin, getting with the sole purpose a little fruit beside it, planted it directly in potting soil, not awfully deep and kept it wattered and surrounded by the sunlight. I kept mine indoors for the first 2 years, then planted it outside, don't consent to it freeze though. Good luck and have fun!
