We are trying to make our home look better. Well my husband suggested a garden. For mothers time he bought me a Caladium so I'm gonna try to keep it alive and see if I can. The problem is I murder any plant I come across. I try to take strictness of them and do what the back say but they just die. Any direction on how to make this time different. I really want to enjoy something I can be proud of.
Answers: FIRST YOU WILL NEED TO START OFF REALLY EASY. FOR REALLY EASY I THINK THE CAST IRON PLANT IS GREAT. VERY GREEN LEAVES AND CAN TOLLERATE ANY CONDITION, DROUGHT, SUN, SHADE, OVER WATERING, COLD DOWN TO 3 FAHRENHEIT, AND HEAT UP TO 110 FAHRENHIET. GOOD PLANT FOR THOSE WHO DONT HAVE A GREEN THUMB, AND WHEN YOU PERFECT THAT PLANT, MOVE ON TO A SLIGHTLY HARDER ONE THAT REQUIRES MORE ATTENTION SUCH AS A PEACE LILY
A good tip for research to garden is to look at other people's gardens. What plants do you see growing, are they doing well? If you see like plants in several neighbors gardens they will do in good health in yours. Ask question, gardeners love to give recommend. After all that is to say what we are doing now. Gardener also close to to pass on and exchange plants. I own recently moved to Florida from Ireland. So even though I enjoy gardened for years, gardening here is all fresh to me. This is the way I am erudition, you can do the same. Gardening clubs are also a facilitate. Borrow books from your local library. Happy gardening.
