That's "Variegated" vinca major, also called periwinkle or creeping myrtle.

Answers:    I believe this plant to be Lyimachia Nummularia, common given name Creeping jenny or Moneywort. It can be invasive, so needs to be kept in check. There is a golden mixture, Lysimachia nummularia aurea, often used in slack baskets etc. , which is less invasive. I use it a lot when doing baskets. Very pretty.
