Can vegitable grow on the moon?

No. There's no CO2 and no water.
As far as I can detail, the UV (ultraviolet) light would destroy most plants, as they own no atmosphere to filter it (mostly) out, like we do. i dont know

Guyster is correct. The moon is made up of dust and rock. There is no water and no atmosphere. Not good growing conditions. Go to NASA website at www.nasa.gov and cram more about the moon and the six landings that own been made on the moon . We have not land on the moon since 1970 something, but all of the samples brought hindmost were of dust and rock and no living creature was found as far as microorganisms and microbes are concerned. If they cannot survive on the moon, then vegetables certainly will not. If you set up an artificial environment for them, possibly they would grow, but they wouldn't grow wild.
Answers:    No. A plant would not be able to grow on the moon. There is no soil to grow in, no nutrients or dampen to feed on, no air to breathe. A plant is a living entry and no living thing could live on the moon without anything at adjectives.
