I'm so sick of differnt telephone and cable companies coming around our hindmost yard and digging up our sward, Then when they are finished, the grass never really grows back right. Can i voice no?
Answers: Utilities have easement rights. If to be exact where the lines run, you are out of luck from stopping them. Only entry you could do is make them engineer sure they do not damage anything, or they will enjoy to pay for repairs
Check beside your municipality, or county clerk. If a utility easement is granted on your property, it should be defined on the deed. Good luck.
