I applied Scott's Fertilizer with Weed Killer later Saturday. The directions said not to water the meadow for 24 hours. It wasn't supposed to rain until Monday dark (I checked the weather forecast that morning), low and behold, it rains two hours after I applied the Fertilizer and Weed Killer! It's be raining buckets all week, is it sheltered to reapply one week later lacking burning ones lawn?

Answers:    What you've lost is the weed contract killer aspect of the weed-n-feed which needs to be within contact with branch surfaces. Look for a broad-leaf weed killer singular (no fertilizer) and use that.
