Answers:    Yes,but they won't be the same point as what you paid for.
I planted some into a sagging flower basket and when they come up I kept them pinched into a nice round shape.
The plants filled the pot other and hung in the pane like any house plant.
It get a lot of laughs, and I kept it until my children get old satisfactory to recognize it.
Then out surrounded by the trash it went!

Depend on your product. If it is terrifically dry and comes in a brick after they probably wont grow. People buy online because there are so several different strands. Some taste different, some are more powerful and some grow easier surrounded by different conditions.
