Can I double mow my pasture next to a push/self-propelled mower, surrounded by proclaim to avoid rake & mulch the grass clippings?
save time... capture a new mulching BLADE for the mower and only do it once.
Yes thats perfectly fine. I go over most of the lawns I cut twice because it chews the clippings up more and will form the lines look better. And it is better for the grass to do this because the clippings contain nitrogen and will break down and help to green the lawn up. My hubby say yes, and that it is actually healthier to own fine cut mulch or grass clippings for your yard!
Answers: As long as you are not cutting to much grass.if there is greatly of grass clippings on the yard after the first mowing..you might want to wait a couple of days to agree to that grass dry out a little...then cut it again.
It's other best to never cut off over 1/3 of the length at one time.so if you lawn is 3 inches elevated...don't cut off over an inch. In fact as the weather get hotter...keep raising the mower elevation so you have a good and gooey lawn.requires less watering because it insulates the soil below so it doesn't dry out as quick.
