Answers:    You entail to get atleast quantity of the roots for it to start a new plant. You won't be capable of get them adjectives as they grow too deep. But you can break or cut bad enough of the root to start spanking new plant.
You may be able to filch one of the new shoots rotten and start it. Try dipping it in some Rutone (its a root hormone, you can receive at the lawn and garden center) and later put it in some sandy soil and hold on to it moist until it forms new roots.
Stick it within some water until ample roots appear.
