I planted them in the Fall. I havent saw them come up even so. When should they? I'm anxious. The directions said Spring. I knows its a bit earlier spring here but I thought I'd see them coming up a little. And we've have a mild winter, some warm days so I really thought they'd come up hasty. i'm in Ft Worth Texas. Ready for my little bulb flowers!
Answers: I am from North Texas and mine own not come up yet. They generally come up between the middle of march and the establishment of April. I planted a clematis and I can see its tiny stem sticking out.
Bulbs are goofy. It is best to leave the bulbs surrounded by the fridge for a few weeks to simulate the cold cold winters they have within Holland for example. Warm weather can actually slow the growth of bulbs fairly than speed up their germination.
