Brown & white ball below dying juniper? I just planted some junipers. I enjoy been watering them too...

I just planted some junipers. I enjoy been watering them too much, so they started turning wan and the tips. I suspect blight and am going to treat them with fungicide. I found some little brown and white ball the size of 5 mm under the junipers, and they are smashed glibly, there is whitish juice indide. That can't be seeds, right? What brand of insect eggs are they and how to get rid of them? There are closely of them, about 50, beneath each juniper right where on earth the soil starts and deeper. Please help! This is terrifying!
