I live in central florida and I required to know what is the best technique to make my bougainvilleas bloom the most, and keep them blooming throughout the year?
Please recommened any fertilizers, watering technique you know that will help.
I live in Mexico and I swear the more forgetfulness they get the better the show.
Water sparingly - the plant will wilt and tell you. I usually even lurk a day or two after I see it wilt.
The more sun the better - cant have too much.
Pick a fertilizer next to a high 2nd number and your golden

keep it in full sun. wet every 2-4 days. you may not have to water at adjectives in the summer since it rains roughly every day. in the winter protect from any possible frost. may not bloom within the winter if you have a cold one.

also bougainvilleas like acitic soil. also prune it rear legs alot in spring and early summer to promote blooms and to keep hold of it full and small. bougainvilleas take over fences so preserve them pruned so they stay a nice size.

also watch out for thorns
Answers:    If it's to well taken thinking of it will never bloom. Read on the torture of the Bougainvillea.
