Blue Impatiens bizzy lizzie?

This is a new & still dying out perrenial variety of this plant beside bright blue flowers, Id love to get my hand on one but cant afford & dont need the dozen or so that I've see advertised.

Does anyone own one - or know where I could buy newly one?

I own a problem beside small 1inch centipedes...
